Guest ikou Posted September 13, 2003 Posted September 13, 2003 I've got to do a 9th grade science project, and i've decided i'm going to do the lift of a a thin wing and a fat wing. the one thing i need is the formula for lift. if anyone knows it please let me know.
YT2095 Posted September 13, 2003 Posted September 13, 2003 A friend of mine used to design model aircraft, I remember him mentioning something about Reynolds numbers and Laminar flow. maybe a google search for these will help a little All the best
Kedas Posted September 13, 2003 Posted September 13, 2003 http://www.allstar.fiu.edu/aerojava/bernoulli.htm if you want to find something with google add 'Bernoulli' here you can find all kind of physics info: http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/hframe.html (The best physics collection site I know) wing lift is about conservation of energy, isn't everything
