alan2here Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Can they be used to conjunction with electric generators that create occational HV sparks instead of smooth electristy such as that water based one that works by pouring the water though the two metal cylinders into buckets to store the bursts of HV and reslease them as usefull electrisity?
