Admins would be the only ones who could change it and I doubt they would do so without warning unless something dire was happening.

I have more then 25, but it wont let me send any more cause it says I've reached the limit. Nothing has been discussed about it in the Mod forum. Perhaps it wasn't done on purpose then, and it's just something wrong with the forums.

It may be a decision based on necessity so be prepared to live with it. Ecoli, it could also be because you are sending out too many rude or suggestive PMs. The image attachments of you in the buff are nice but completely unneccesary and may have violated forum policy or exceeded your allotted bandwidth.

Now I don't have delete some, because I always reach 100 and then have to delete, now I've almost reached 100 and I don't have to.
