Here is the list of manufacturing processes I have developed so far for personal use, can you please give me any advice whether I have missed any, or if it shouldnt be there?:

You forgot for metal:

 

Thixotropic casting (SSM), Evaporative Polystrene (Lost Foam), and Investment (Lost Wax) casting.

 

I don't know how many processes you want in detail but there are alot more in some regards such as:

 

Heat Treatment (metal)

T4,T6, Normalizing, etc

Air cooled, Quenched, etc

 

Grain Refrainment.

 

Casting:

 

Sand Casting

Perment mold

LP/HP

Gravity

More....

 

Well thats all I remember for now.

 

I'll think up some more, I should know all of them because of my field but, tired today and I am still jus a student in a sense.

Sintering, coating, magnetizing, demagnetizing, anodizing, tempering, annealing, painting, stripping, cutting, punching, stamping, cleaning, lubricating, packing, gluing, labeling, engraving, burning, freezing, heating, cooling, drying, wetting, humidifying, compressing, expanding, oxidizing, tarnishing, dyeing, vulcanizing, deburring, polishing, filing, grinding, sanding, tumbling, hammering, bolting, nailing, crimping, screwing, insulating, measuring, calibrating, irradiating, there have to be dozens more... Hope helps somewhat.
