GutZ Posted April 7, 2006 Share Posted April 7, 2006 You forgot for metal: Thixotropic casting (SSM), Evaporative Polystrene (Lost Foam), and Investment (Lost Wax) casting. I don't know how many processes you want in detail but there are alot more in some regards such as: Heat Treatment (metal) T4,T6, Normalizing, etc Air cooled, Quenched, etc Grain Refrainment. Casting: Sand Casting Perment mold LP/HP Gravity More.... Well thats all I remember for now. Sintering, coating, magnetizing, demagnetizing, anodizing, tempering, annealing, painting, stripping, cutting, punching, stamping, cleaning, lubricating, packing, gluing, labeling, engraving, burning, freezing, heating, cooling, drying, wetting, humidifying, compressing, expanding, oxidizing, tarnishing, dyeing, vulcanizing, deburring, polishing, filing, grinding, sanding, tumbling, hammering, bolting, nailing, crimping, screwing, insulating, measuring, calibrating, irradiating, there have to be dozens more...
