Bettina Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 pink_trike: if you think a post is spam report it by clicking on the triangular icon in the bottom left hand corner of posts user information. No, don't. It may get Nevermore in trouble.... Bee
Nevermore Posted April 7, 2006 Author Posted April 7, 2006 Why, thank you Bettina, but if trike feels this is spam, I guess (s)he should report it, to keep SFN spam free.
pink_trike Posted April 7, 2006 Posted April 7, 2006 There are hundreds of thousands of variations of this type of spam online. This one is directing traffic to a dating site (he is an affiliate and gets paid for signups or per click-thru) and to paypal, asking for donations. This is old news. It is spam. I'm new around here and don't want to get anyone in trouble. I'm just pointing out that this is an obvious commercial post.
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted April 7, 2006 Posted April 7, 2006 What pink_trike says is rather apparent, so I'm going to close this. Nevermore, just be a bit more careful when you post things like this. And what skye says is true: if you think something is spam, please click the button in the post so we moderators can see it sooner.
