Nice- One HUGE problem: both 1 & 2 are prime. The question quotes: All but one of the two digit numbers are prime.

this contains the two digit numbers 48, 10, 32, and 76, and none of these is prime. All but one of the 2 digit numbers is prime, that means that exactly one is composite, you appear to have it back to front.

a) no zeros on the top row (no 2 digit number can start with zero as in, 02 at the end).

 

b) 14 isnt prime, 98 isnt prime, 35 isnt prime and 2 is the only prime you put down. ALL BUT 1 are prime.
