Thanx Well shure it does... it also has to do with the size if the molecules involved, is easier for smaller molecules to diffuse then larger ones. Viscosity normally constitutes high molecular size, e.g. the comparison of bitumen and petrol for example. Bitumen has the larger molecule size and so is much less viscous then the petrol.
