Can someone tell me what's the difference in their Ionic Equations between:

0.1M NaOH added dropwise to 10 drops of Pb(NO3)2

&

1 drop of 0.1M Pb(NO3)2 added to 10 drops of 0.1M NaOH

:confused:

Thanks!

Is the same , this is why ionic equation can't show which reactants come First !!

But i doubt there is reaction in the equation u mentioned

Pb+2 (aq) --> Pb(OH)2 (s) (precipitates) --> Pb(OH)4 -2 (aq) (redissolves)

Pb+2 (aq) --> Pb(OH)4 -2 (aq) (forms complex with only transient precipitate)

Is that homework by any chance? if it is then it should probably be in the homework section ;)

Just sort of looks like a homework question :)
