This is probably really simple, but I'm braindead today.

All I need to know is: if you add water to vinegar, will it neutralize it? I've been having a debate about this with my younger brother. Quick answers (maybe a short explanation?) will be appreciated.

Nevermind.....I found the answer somewhere else.

I'm sure YT will be able to help. What is neutral (give or take depending on the purity). It will not neutralize the vinegar..

if you have access to pH paper (can be purchased from pool supply, fish supply, anything dealing with water) you can test it out yourself.

I suspect if you added enough water, it could get quite close to neutral, but never fully neutralized.
