donmatos Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 plz tell me how to clone a frog or other cool expriments to do with DNA
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 I suppose you have a top-of-the-line laboratory with modern equipment?
Mike Kovich Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Yes, you cannot "clone a frog" without a "top-of-the-line" laboratory and modern equipment. I am not even sure if there are really any DNA experiments that can be performed without such materials.
the tree Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Yeh there are, plenty of high schools have the right equipment for cloning plants.
clarisse Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 I don't think you'll be cloning a frog anyday soon... But you can always try to extract DNA from a banana
Genecks Posted May 24, 2006 Posted May 24, 2006 Clone a venus fly trap plant. A radical point of such an experiment: it eats things. If you're tired of cloning, you could totally breed a bigger and more ruthless one each time.
Rstarkovs Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Here is a link that tells you how to clone a frog without high tech stuff http://library.thinkquest.org/C0122429/science/exp03.htm
