I have a reaction nA + B <-> AnB + B <-> nAB. I believe n = 2. A is fluorescent and is quenched by B. I have done fluorescence and uv titrations. How can I prove the degree of complexation is first 2:1 and then 1:1. I've been loking at Job plots, but can't apply this two a two step process.

 

Any help or suggestions much appreciated.
