Sisyphus Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 I was just curious if anyone here generates some or all of their own electricity through stuff wind turbines, PV cells, or some other means, or even just solar heating. If so, what's your setup? How's it working out? Would you recommend it to others?
YT2095 Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 atm I use PV cells, they run simple things like cell phone chargers, domestic radios, night lights, and my car battery back-ups (top-up usage). Oh yeah and I have a few solar powered electric Clocks dotted about the place too but I`ve only lived here since February so there`s Still alot more to be installed yet. for NON renewables, I have fossil fuel electric generators too.
