Calculating Lotto lines!

Yipes! I have a difficult challenge! To work out the least number of lines it takes to guarantee £10 on the Lotto!

You need a recursion to generate all the permutions for your lotto lines, off the top of my head I can’t think of the recursion but if you give me time I will try and locate one for you.
