noto Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 I was wondering which methods people use to increase their reaction speed. Currently I'm getting around .0150 - 0.190 of a second and I can't really seem to under that. I'm an avid game player so I'm really do think reaction speed is an important factor. Please give me some feedback oh and heres the reaction tester I go on from time to time. Your insight is appreciated guys and gals.
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 Some people try coffee, but that isn't exactly the best plan (also makes you jittery). Experience helps, of course.
Rocket Man Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 i heard that tea has about as much caffeine as coffee but it also has a chemical that cancels some of the effects, jitters being one of them it also relaxes you without making you drowsy, useful for keeping your wits. aside from all of that, it tastes good.
insane_alien Posted July 18, 2006 Posted July 18, 2006 heh 0.173s average. not bad. must be all the tea i drink.
noto Posted July 18, 2006 Author Posted July 18, 2006 Well theres no shortage of tea here in the UK, I should drink it more.
