i herd someone saying that you some how can get more than 1 broadband connections down 1 line. I do not know if you need a special line. Is it ISDN that does it ?

My friend has done this with his DSL line, one line, one modem, a switch, and two computers, each connecting on a different internet account (at least I think that’s what he did). In his case each account was 512 kbits/sec and the DSL line could handle up to like 8 mbits/sec or something. This should also be possible with a cable modem, though you may need a separate modem for each account.
