computerages Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 hi, I just had a question that can I apply to two colleges at a same time through early action... and when I apply to either two or one colleges through early action, can I still apply to other colleges through regular action? thx -zixan
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 If you apply to two colleges with early action, and both accept you, you're rather stuck.
ecoli Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 No you're not. 'Early decision' is binding, but 'early action' is not. They are two different things. If you apply early action (which is what state unis tend to do) it tells the university that you are serious about going there, but it doesn't force you into a decision. So, if you happen to be lacking in some area, applying early action might get you some favour.
ecoli Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 Oh, sorry, I'd forgotten. How could you have forgotton? I mean, it hasn't been that long since you applied for college.
