Dak Posted October 9, 2006 Share Posted October 9, 2006 hints: 1. insulin is a protien 2. hydrogenated fat is also known as saturated fat, the opposites being (poly)unsaturated, which might have been confusing you. it's to do with packing lots of fat molecules together in our body, and the 3d structure of the fats. This does sound a lot like homework because it was from chapter exam review paper. However, it was just one of those papers that our teacher updated on the site and it wasn't homework ---- it could've been but he didn't assign it and I just did it voluntarily.
