I believe the writer could have used semicolons in a more 1800's fashion, but the writer made the error of having run-on sentences. Also, there is the glitch with no period after the abbreviation for doctor. I'd say the writer needs to tune the skills really quick. Perhaps others need more lessons in English. I decided that it would be depressing reporting what other people are doing, without ever getting a chance to do the research yourself, which I find much more rewarding.
