You're comparing a species to a massive group of species. It doesn't make much sense. The question should be. What is the difference between animal and plant DNA. In which case the answer would be not much at all. the order and number of base pairs. lotsa things. its kind of like whats the difference between 'war and peace' and 'les miserables' too many differences to count. I disagree. There isn't much significant difference between the two at all. The only real difference lies in the sequence not in the DNA itself.
