Building Stonehenge in your back yard

So this guy thinks he's figured out how they did Stonehenge, and he's made some videos that show how he thinks they did it. He's using the approach to build a full-scale replica on his farm.

I won't be satisfied until he moves all the rocks a couple dozen miles. Not that I doubt him or anything, I just like to see people suffer hardship.

I love this kind of thing. I made my kids watch it too. This would be a decent example of paradigm shifting and thinking outside of the "block"...hehe...ok that was stupid

I must confess I'm a bit unclear on how he uses pebbles to move things around. I get that once you get a pebble underneath a massive block, you can pivot it (though how you get it under there is another matter). But what does the second do? It's got to pivot on one or the other, or both to varying degrees based on the center of mass, but it's still spinning in place about its center of mass, right?

I think he spins it on one rock at a time, but because the rocks are off center, you get a net movement foward.
