weknowthewor Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 Does Pyruvate reduce body fat? Do Lipotropics reduce body fat? Are Apex vitimans and supplements good quality or am I wasting my money? Thanx for the replies in advance..
carol Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 im not really sure. but i know that it is hard to lose fat if you are naturally fat. fat is distributed in the body in certain proportions, which is governed by your genes. i'm saying this if you want to slim down. body fat can be gradually reduced, though, but to make it safe, it would take a lot of self-descipline and time. why not ask your doctor?
John Cuthber Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 Don't forget that if it looks too good to be true it probably is. IIRC pyruvate is naturally present in the body, created and used up rapidly so adding a little wouldn't have much effect.
