C and K scales have the same division size, they are merely offset with respect to each other. (0K being absolute zero and 0 C being the freezing point of water) But for a deltaT, 1C = 1K

I always used to get confused with this when calculating enthalpy changes, but as said above there is a same division of the scale.

Except it you want to convert from C to K then you +273.15
