ammonium chloride crystallizes in the CsCl lattice, the cations and anions across the body diagonal and the edge length is 386 pm, how do we determine the radius of the ammonium ion.

-> since we have the length of 386pm, and V=Lcubed, i can get the volume, but i dont know if this is even the right way, can anybody explain how to solve for the radius.
