water vapor question

Does anybody knows about a material (media or cloth) that allows the molecules of water to pass through but not the air (normal air).

For what application do you need it?

I want to remove vapor (water) during exhalation and keep the air inside a chamber while the vapor escapes

You could use a condenser and drain the condensate.
