Alright, so I am doing a Science Fair project on the Ginkgo Biloba tree. Problem is, I can't find a list of smino acids for it, or the other three trees I am comparing it to. So here is what I am doing:

Question: how does the Ginkgo Biloba compare to other trees in seed form, youth, and adulthood?

Research: compare similar and different amino acids and DNA analysis of three other trees with the Ginkgo. (Hard part.)

Expiriments: Compare the seed of a Ginkgo tree with the seeds of other, the young leaves of the Ginkgo with the leaves of the others, and the full grown leaves of the Ginkgo with the others. (Other trees; Maple, Oak, Conifer.)

So my trouble is in finding the complex and intricate amino acids, and DNA sequencing and such for these plants. I have looked everywhere. Please, I need help. :-(
