KFC Posted March 20, 2007 Author Posted March 20, 2007 Transfering a gene from a Eukartoyic cell to a E. coli Bacterium using a Plasmid with an AMPr gene using ecoRI, CaCl2, and DNA ligase. I'm not sure what the process is named.
