Mine_Desire Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 which one does not indicate compound? Co2 N2 HCI H2O NacI
YT2095 Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 get a periodic table, and count how many Different elements are in Each of those you listed. if there`s more than One element involved then you can ignore it as Not the answer btw (and this isn`t the answer) but What is: "NacI" ????
swansont Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 btw (and this isn`t the answer) but What is: "NacI" ???? I was assuming a CAPS problem/typo; either NaCI (whatever that is) or, more likely, NaCl
YT2095 Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 agreed, looking back on the OP I see HCI instead of HCl too I Did wonder because I know Woelen has done Double Halogen compounds before, but NaCI (or NaClI) didn`t sit right.
Genecks Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 I sometimes think people on these forums are from third-world countries because of their keyboard layouts. I'm not sure, but I've been thinking this for a while.
