Ok so atoms repel each other. To gain a bond between different atoms there must be enough force for the two to bond and make a molecule. So does this mean that technically my fingers are not actually touching my keyboard, that it is just magnetic force between the atoms of the keyboard and my fingers that i feel or are the atoms literally bouncing off of each other?

The pressure you feel in your fingertips is indeed the electromagnetic repulsion of the atoms. Interacting like that is the quantum equivalent of touching.
