charevans Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 can someone please help me understand how you do the following problem Theory suggests that T and d are related by the equation T^2 = kd^3+((4pi^2l)/(g)) where g is acceleration due to free fall and k is constant. Use your answers from ... (from that i found that gradient = 20.5, and y-intercept = 0.0670) and the value of l to find values for k and g. Please help I am totally lost.
timo Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 What are T, d, l, "gradient" and "y-intercept"? I think you should post the whole problem so that it´s able to see what you´re talking about.
