What really bugs me is their time frame. It's going to take them another year before they're ready to go open it. Give me a break. The time they spend over there is the epitome of inefficiency. I want to know NOW. Give me some tools and a jack hammer, and it will take me far less than a year.

I agree that since it took months of research to learn how to drill a hole that this will go on forever. They could equip the robot with a cutting tool and cut around the edges of the door, push it in and drive over it intact. Makes sense to me. It's too slow. Our group here should have bid on the contract.

I hope they made a ton of money off the commercials and Nat. Geo. is going to use it for more digs out there. The TV special would have been horrible except I recorded it and watched it later. Thank God for fast forward.

I say blow the door and move on to the next.

From the diagrams I've seen of the spaced behind the multiple doors, I reckon it'd be easier & quicker to pop a few stones out of the outside of the pyramid.

Looks a heck of a lot easier to do to me ...

Those Knuklheads took months to figure out how to drill a three inch deep hole. I would seal the hole up at the base and pressurize it until all the damn plugs lifted out of the way.

Piece of cake.
