Unless it's an ideal solid.

that answer has bugged me for DAYS! and I don`t know why???

I guess I was trying to figure out what the "Ideal solid" would be?

I assume it means something that has no "gaps" or "empty space".

the only thing I could come up with that seemed to fit that bill was a "blackhole" and that seemed like a cop out answer :(

certainly one I`m dissatisfied with and also somewhat disappointed with myself with for not being able to comprehend an "Ideal solid" beyond that of a "blackhole".

am I in error here, or is the answer just as mundane as that; a Black Hole?

I meant a word that explains how many sides, or if iui dosnt have sides what it has.If we had a word like that there would be no reason for this thread.

"Omnifaceted" here`s my new word invention to explain the side(s) of a Sphere :)

actualy, if I wasn`t kidding about, I could fall for a word like that! :)

I dont think Sayonara thought to much when he made his word up, to me it dosnt make sense.

No offense, just saying. You probably didnt want to make it make sense anyway...

Unfortunately it's not quite that simple - as I would hope this thread has demonstrated quite nicely.

on a perceptual basis and still using the ideal solid model, it has 2 sides!

the one you can see and the one you can`t! :))

just thought I`de throw a spanner in the works to get the old grey matter working again :)

I've now closed the thread unless anyone has any particular reason as to why it should be re-opened. If you do have one, PM me.
