iNow Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Thanks for the correction. Cool article. When I read "pressure" situation, I thought more along the lines of metallurgy and imagined extreme stress on the physiology and anatomy... like in gymnastics, contortion, or even bondage, but I suppose I'm somewhat jaded.
kevinmail012 Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 Why don't try an experiment on human morals. It was studied by doctors in England.I read about it in a psychology magazone. You give example of things people find immoral, and see how they you would respond to the situatioin given. For example if yuo could throuw a switch and divert a train that would surely kill one guy standing on a rail road track. Would you throw the switch to divert the train. Of course you would, but if there was a small group of people standing on the other set of tracks could you still throw the switch. If not then that one unfortunate individual wqould come to an untimely demise. It studies stuff like that. It is a very interesting study of humans.
