C_Ovidiu
Can someone tell me what are the best Colleges in US (i plan to study physics , and of course , receive a full financial aid ) . I work on my own ,so I can't get advises anywhere else . What are my chances to get there ? What should I concetrate on ? I am willing to work . I have an Iq about 145-150. I am pretty confident , that , by the end of my high school I can get a medal at IPhO if I work . Would that help ?
blike
Go to your local bookstore and check out a college guide -- they're are a ton of them. That will help you tremendously!
Cap'n Refsmmat
Just don't get bogged down with too many choices. College books tend to be things like "Guide to 461 American Colleges," and half of them are small liberal arts schools in rural Ohio.
CPL.Luke
yeah and for things like physics small liberal arts colleges are just about the last thing you want. however you should know that getting a free ride is practically impossible unless you win some ocmpetitions that carry scholarships with them... C_Ovidiu
Can you give examples of such competitions ? I am not from US . I guess that makes it harder
Cap'n Refsmmat
You'd probably need to win them in your own country before you go to college.
