Okay, I'm a 10th grade student in biology honors and need a science fair idea. It has to be something measurable, not just like a research paper, I have a few ideas but they are boring. I really want to do something with animals, but it cant be like injecting them with any thing, more like behavior. And it is okay that we use animals in our schools rules. If you guys have any ideas even just like a question that could be answerd, insperation if you will, please please post, even if you dont think it is any good I may have never herd of doing it before. Thanks a bundle.

You could count how many times your dog deficates in a week, then change it's diet to rice boiled in chicken broth for the next week and graph the change in pooping patterns.

Too silly? Yeah... I know.

What about one of Rupert Sheldrake's tests (strange British fella who talks about "morphological fields"). He wrote a book called, "Dogs who know when their owners are coming home." You might enjoy some of his (admittedly wild and not too rigorous) ideas to at least get the proverbial ball rolling.

Good luck!

doing that to ur dog is against the rules cuz it feels nasty to the dog to diarria

im in 9th grade and i take all honors and an AP!

Actually mate, the rice would probably constipate the dog a bit. And, how could rice boiled in chicken broth feel nasty after eating Alpo everyday for 4 years? ;)

Good luck in your classes. :)

Yeah, you're right but I've been told by my dog's vet that a sudden change in its diet would cause diarrea.
