does the moon affect satellites in geocyntric orbit or leo orbit around earth?

or doesnt it?

 

oh, and please elaborate, as i doubt a few simple sentances will break past the thick skull of mine

It does, but not much. Almost exactly the same orbit with occasional correction will work.
