Luminal
I was merely curious if anyone had a link to information regarding the approximate number of atoms in a normal cell, a normal chromosome, and a normal adult human body. A ballpark estimation within an order of magnitude is all I'm looking for. Thank you.
insane_alien
for a chromosone, a few billion? a cell is somewhere between a few hundred pico moles and a nano mole and the human body is probably a couple of kilomoles. though these will vary from cell to cell, chromosone to chromosone, person to person and second to second. rough estimates based on the mass from wikipedia. not likely to be accurate.
