alt_f13 Posted March 2, 2004 Posted March 2, 2004 I never said it was a bubble. I effectively said "we don't know how spacetime curves in our visible 3 dimensions or any other dimension for that matter, but one possibility is that the universe has a uniform and predictable shape much like that of the Earth, or not." But how do you think gravity works Pax? How would you portray the effect of gravity in a manner that would make sense to the average person?

Then you can remember that I told you about it before. No one could follow me. That doesn't make me cleaver, it makes me a heretic. Or you could devise the experiments required to evidence your claims - that would make you a scientist.
greg1917 Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 Thread split - pinch's crazy gravity thing moved to pseudoscience where it belongs.
