square173205 Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 The complex field is regarded as the extension of real field adding the root of the equation: x^2+1 = 0. Then does the extension of rational field adding some irrational square root represent the space having Lorentz metric? I tried to construct such space in the following site; http://hecoaustralia.fortunecity.com/complex/complex.htm
ydoaPs Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 I'm starting to think you're just a spammy spammy advertiser.
Reaper Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 I think you are right. Every single thread he has started has a link to the same site.
swansont Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 But it's a fortunecity site; while there is some advertising, AFAIK he doesn't get money from it — it's there because it pays for the free web hosting.
