I looked at the url you originally posted, grabbed the youtube link by itself, and pasted that. So, what exactly is the type of help you're looking for here, and why can't the authorities handle the chase? It seems a bit like a witch hunt at first glance, but I really know nothing about the case.

I'll defer to Glider on whether this thread can stay here or not. It's just so unscientific since we have so few facts about Sgt. Peterson's mental history.
