Describe two differences and two similarities between these three types of algae: diatoms, a Volvox colony, and brown algae.

diatoms, a Volvox colony, and brown algae all are polysynthetic algae and are common to freshwater regions.

They are all different in many ways. Diatoms have a unique, glassy cell wall that actually can be used to make glass. They produce a key source of food in all aquatic environments. They store their food reserves in the form of an oil. Green algae has a cellulious wall and propelled by 2 flagella. Volvox is a colonial green algae. Each Volvox colony is a hollow ball composed of hundreds or thousands of biflagellated cells.

What exactly did you need help with? If you just need to describe these three algae in a sentence, then it looks right, in a cursory glance.
