dichotomy Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Would intelligence have to be chaotic, and have powerful internal feedback loops? Chaos does seem to be a large part of the creative process. Chaos imo, means some process that is not understood, or completely understood. I'd think intelligence requires a lot of proorly understood unconscious processes that can be seen as chaotic. is the ability to solve a problem, or compute. NOT memorize. Well, memory (information storage capacity and integrity) is only one aspect of intelligence. I wouldn't drop it completely. Although, obviously the ability to solve and then later forget a problem is still intelligent.
