wolfson Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 Martian atmosphere is incredibly thin compared to ours (about 1% of the Earth's atmosphere) and contains mainly carbon dioxide, this enables the reddish characteristics of the Martian atmosphere to prevail. APP(2003)
