Sly3000 Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Hello all. I was wondering how much (what concentration) of LPS per ml of cell-medium, do you have to use to keep the PBMC culture alive and proliferating. The PBMC is from a healthy donor. Thanks in advance.
zule Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 I think it would depend on the proliferation speed you want to get, but an appropriate amount could be 50 ng/ml.

Thanks for your reply. Well, if you add too much to the culture the cells can also die. So that's what I want avvoid. I've added 1 microg/ml and that's a whole lot more than you suggest!!!
