Ok i have this homework and it asks "Suppose the tilt of the earth would increase to 35°, would there be more or less variation between the seasons?" Can someone help me with this?

This is HW. The goal is to help to get you to answer the question. Thinking of the extreme cases (no tilt, 90 degree tilt) might help you figure it out.

Oh Sorry Klaynos, I thought you were asking me that a different way.

I think if you remove the tilt there would be no seasons. Because If the earth did not tilt, the sun wouldn't hit the earth in different spots, thus not making seasons.

So what happens as you add tilt and make it larger?

What do you mean?

Instead of removing the tilt so you get ride of the seasons, add a bit more tilt so you... to the seasons.
