Does anyone know how to make concentrated hydrochloric acid? Are there common chemicals you can use to perhaps make hydrogen and chlorine then combine them to make the crystals and dissolve them in water?

HCl is a gas. It is soluble in water up to about 38%. There is a good amount of information here:

But remember, you don't want to be mixing hydrogen and chlorine in the hope of making HCl. Very dangerous to do at home!

combining hydrogen and chlorine will not make crystals. HCl is a gas at room temperature. it is also a very exothermic reaction. combine them directly and they'll be picking bits of you up for days.
