I don't really know if I am honest. Most book called something like "mathematical methods of physics" contain most of the linear algebra usually needed.

 

Now and again more abstract notions from abstract algebra are needed, but I tend to just use Wiki as a starting place.

 

One of the best books for an introduction to mathematical physics is Hassani. It contains a little bit about almost all the main tools is mathematical physics.
