Probability of a brown eyed blonde

What is the probability of seeing a brown-eyed blonde on the streets in the US? So how rare is it?

It's much higher if you go out on the streets and look than if you post questions on the internet from your computer

 

Blue eyes are recessive traits, so genetically people are unlikely to have blue eyes compared to brown eyes.

Then why is it that i see more blondes with blue eyes or blondes with green eyes than blondes with brown?

i know how they work and im asking like out of how many ppl in the US.. what would be the probability of finding that one person that has blonde hair with brown eyes??
