The molecules themselves are a result of the wave i thought, so how can something that is created from the wave also be that which causes the wave?

What you seem to mention is dualism, how a particle is at the same time a wave. But in the case of mechanical waves, a wave represent the spread of shakes in an elastic medium, a medium that allows these waves to be spread.

i have not yet read your spec thread but you answer that science doesn't know the answer, which is really what i was thinking. I think your being a little in your unfair with:

But that is only my experience so far.

 

Dark it is not dualism but just a question on cause and effect.
