Guest bkronbergs Posted March 24, 2004 Posted March 24, 2004 Can anyone tell me what the acid and metal that could make zinc chloride? I think they are zinc(durr) and Hydrochloric acid, but I need confirmation.
YT2095 Posted March 25, 2004 Posted March 25, 2004 Zinc and Hydrochloric acid are the 2 you`ll need for a solid you just allow the water to evaporate untill zinc chloride crystals form
wolfson Posted March 25, 2004 Posted March 25, 2004 Zinc(Zn) + Hydrochloric acid(HCL) = Zinc Chloride(ZnCl) + Hydrogen H.
